 Chef A new concept developed by Redcliffe Catering. A concept devised as a way to promote healthier eating in secondary schools.

The red route concept offer’s new and exciting food ranges whilst still retaining the old favourites - Food that is interesting, fun and is good value.

The concept does not recommend banning ‘CHIPS’ but instead focuses on encouraging healthier choice.

red route looks at all aspects of the service, from Marketing, Delivery, Packaging and Disposal of it’s products.
